Terms and Conditions (T&C)
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts concluded via our online shop between Daniel Robert Michael Bauer and our customers. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these T&C.

3. Offer and Contract Conclusion
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Buy" button, the customer submits a binding purchase offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is only concluded when we accept your order through an order confirmation via email or by delivering the ordered items.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are final prices and include any applicable taxes. Additional shipping costs may apply, which are clearly displayed in the product description. Payment is made using the payment methods offered during the order process. All listed prices are final prices. Due to the small business regulation according to German law (§ 19 UStG), VAT is not charged or shown.
5. Delivery and Download of Digital Products
- Delivery of Digital Products: Digital products are available for download immediately after payment is received.
- Download Conditions: The customer may download the digital product up to 3 times within 30 days. After this period or after reaching the download limit, a renewed download is only possible upon request.
6. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products
The customer has no right of withdrawal once the execution of the contract has begun with the download of the digital content, and the customer has explicitly agreed to waive the right of withdrawal. The customer will be informed about the loss of the right of withdrawal before the download starts and must agree to this condition to initiate the download.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.
8. Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use or misuse of the digital products.
9. Copyright
The digital artworks offered by us are protected by copyright. The customer acquires a simple, non-transferable right to privately use the acquired digital content. Any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited without our explicit consent.
10. Data Protection
The data necessary for business transactions are collected and processed in accordance with our privacy policy. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data.
11. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are willing to participate in an alternative dispute resolution procedure.
12. Final Provisions
Should any individual provision of these T&C be invalid or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, the statutory regulations shall apply.
